Client Onboarding Lead

As an experienced Client Onboarding Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive a seamless onboarding experience.

You will work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure our clients understand the value of our products and services, and are set up for success from day one.

You will oversee the onboarding process and provide guidance to the onboarding team to ensure clients are onboarded in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand client needs and goals
  • Manage the onboarding process and ensure clients are set up for success
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive onboarding plan and resources
  • Provide guidance and support to the onboarding team to ensure consistent onboarding practices
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients throughout the onboarding process
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or roadblocks during the onboarding process
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in client onboarding or customer success, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience with project management tools and software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
