Appcharge is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive impactful product initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In this role, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams across R&D, Design, and Customer Success to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle. You’ll advocate for user needs, champion data-driven decision-making, and help ensure that our product aligns with both customer expectations and business goals. Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and stay informed on trends in the mobile gaming industry
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer (game developers) requirements and paint points by conducting user interviews and managing an ongoing relationship
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and development roadmap
- Lead the product development and launch with cross-functional teams (R&D, Design, Marketing etc.)
- Write clear, detailed PRDs, including UX wireframes and user stories
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive product documentation and product plans.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Excellent collaboration skills and can work effectively with and influence other teammates.
- Experience in the gaming industry or familiarity with game development processes – a plus.
- Experience in SaaS platforms – a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality user experiences across platforms and devices.
