Appcharge is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our family and play a key role in ensuring our product’s quality and reliability. If you are passionate about crafting detailed testing strategies, identifying potential issues early, and making a lasting impact on quality processes in a dynamic and rapid-growth environment, Appcharge is the place for you!

In your day-to-day, you will collaborate closely with teams across R&D to design comprehensive test plans, execute test cases, and support the identification and documentation of issues. You’ll champion best practices in quality assurance, helping ensure our product consistently meets high standards.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize test plans for new and existing features.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test case documentation.
  • Cross platform manual testing: Web, Android, iOS.
  • Perform manual exploratory and regression testing.
  • Investigate and analyze production issues, utilizing logs to trace and resolve critical problems.
  • Work within cross-functional teams, closely partnering with developers and product managers to support smooth integrations.
  • Investigate and analyze production issues in real-time, including monitoring customer-reported issues.
