We are looking for a high-caliber Revenue Operations leader to drive the operating system behind Appcharge’s global revenue engine. This role sits at the intersection of sales, account management, marketing, product, and data - ensuring we scale efficiently, operate predictably, and hit our GMV and revenue targets across regions and solutions.
As a Revenue Operations You will own the processes, data structure, and insights that enable our BD and AM teams to win more publishers, accelerate adoption of Web Store, Checkout, and Payment Links, and deepen wallet share across our portfolio. This is a force-multiplier role for the entire commercial org.
What You’ll Own
1. Commercial Operating System
- Build and maintain the operational backbone for BD and AM: pipelines, forecasting, handoffs, and coverage models.
- Partner with regional leads to ensure consistent execution and visibility across all publishers.
- Drive prioritization frameworks (Tiers, Wallet Share, DTC Journey, ICP) and ensure teams operate against them.
2. Revenue Insights & Analytics
- Own core commercial dashboards and reporting: GMV, revenue, cohort performance, DoD/MoM trends, cannibalization, and solution-level metrics.
- Work with Product Analytics to turn raw data into actionable narratives for executives and publisher-facing teams.
- Create playbooks and alerts for outliers, risk, and fast-moving opportunities.
3. Process Excellence & Tooling
- Design and implement scalable workflows across CRM, Mixpanel, SensorTower, Monday, and internal tools.
- Ensure BD/AM teams have clean, reliable data and repeatable processes for prospecting, onboarding, launch, and growth.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, and Support to improve publisher journeys and touchpoints.
4. Go-to-Market Enablement
- Partner with Product Marketing to build repeatable assets: case studies, pitch decks, product sheets, QBR templates.
- Systemize product releases into the commercial cadence - ensuring every new feature is understood, adopted, and monetized.
- Track enablement adoption and operational readiness for new solutions and regions.
5. Strategic Projects
- Support revenue leadership on quarterly planning, headcount modeling, KPIs, and board-level reporting.
- Lead special initiatives across DTC analytics, publisher segmentation, GTM experimentation, and solution performance.
- 4–8+ years of experience in RevOps, Growth Ops, Strategy, BizOps, or similar roles in SaaS, fintech, gaming, or payments.
- Strong analytical foundation with the ability to turn data into insights and insights into action.
- Deep familiarity with commercial tooling (CRM, Mixpanel, BI, GTM systems).
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, data, and marketing teams.
- High ownership, excellent communication, and comfort working in a high-velocity, global environment.
- Bonus: experience in mobile gaming, monetization, payments, or DTC commerce.
